Type	Description
Condition	The development shall be retained in its entirety in accordance with the plans, particulars, specifications and information lodged with the application, save as may be required by the other conditions attached hereto. REASON: To ensure that the development shall be in accordance with the permission and that effective control be maintained.
Condition	This permission is for a period of three years only from the date of Final Grant of Permission. On expiration of this period, the site shall be reinstated to its pre-development state. This includes the removal of all built structures and related utilities, and reinstatement to its current land-use to the satisfaction of Fingal County Council. This reinstatement shall be complete within 3 months of expiration of the permission. REASON: In the interest of the proper planning and development of the area.
Condition	That the requirements of the Water Services Department shall be strictly adhered to as follows: Foul Sewer: a. No foul drainage shall discharge into the surface water system under any circumstances. b. The foul drainage shall be in compliance with the 'Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0' FCC April 2006. Surface Water: a. No surface water / rainwater shall discharge into the foul sewer system under any circumstances. b. The surface water drainage shall be in compliance with the 'Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0' FCC April 2006. Water Supply: a. All water fittings and installations shall incorporate best current practices in water conservation. b. The water supply for the development shall comply with the 'Guidelines for Drinking Water Supply' FCC February 2009, Revision 1. REASON: In order to comply with the Sanitary Services Act, 1878-1964.
Condition	Adequate provision shall be made to facilitate access to/from, and use of the development, and all facilities and services within the subject buildings by persons with disabilities. A minimum requirement shall be set out in Part M of the Building Regulations and the Guidelines by the National Rehabilitation Board. REASON: In the interest of safety and amenity.
Condition	That all public services to the proposed development, including electrical, telephone cables and equipment be located underground throughout the entire site. REASON: In the interest of amenity.
Condition	The Developer shall ascertain and strictly comply with the requirements of the Environmental Health Officer. REASON: In the interests of public health and to ensure the protection of the environment.
