Condition	The development shall be carried out in conformity with Conditions Nos. 11-15 of the Decision to Grant Permission by Order No. P/2664/92, dated 18th June 1992, Reg. Ref. 92A/ 0155 save as amended to conform with the revisions indicated in the plans lodged with Fingal County Council in connection with this application. REASON: In the interest of the proper planning and development of the area.
Condition	CONDITION NO. 3 REMOVED BY ORDER OF AN BORD PLEANALA, REFERENCE NO. PL 06F.096772, DATED 20TH DECEMBER, 1995.
Condition	The finished floor level shall not exceed 18.5 metres as required by Reg. Ref. 90A/0836 and 92A/0155, Drawing No. 3156/1, received 9th March 1993, from Ronald J. Bergin Co. Limited. Drawing showing compliance with the requirements of Conditions Nos. 3 and 4 shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to commencement of development. REASON: In the interest of the proper planning and development of the area.
Condition	The development to be carried out in its entirety in accordance with the plans, particulars and specifications lodged with the application, save as may be required by the other conditions attached hereto. REASON: To ensure that the development shall be in accordance with the permission and that effective control be maintained.
